Solution: eSIM data not working after adding more data
After purchasing additional data, activation is typically instant, but in some cases the network may require 10–15 minutes to update your data allowance. During this time, your device may not immediately recognize the new data pack.
To restore your connection, try the following:
1. Reconnect to the network
Toggle Airplane Mode on and off. This forces your device to disconnect and then re-authenticate with the mobile network. Afterwards, wait up to 15 minutes for the updated data balance to take effect.
2. If Airplane Mode does not resolve the issue
There may be a temporary network authentication delay.
